Swanum Radar ("we") provides information about mobile games collected from public app store pages. By using the site, the newsletter or a paid plan you agree to these terms.

The data. Information is provided as is, without warranty. Store data can be wrong, late or incomplete; states and scores are estimates. Do not rely on them as the only basis for financial decisions.

Your use. You may use the data inside your organisation. You may not resell or republish bulk exports, share your account or API key outside your plan's seats, or use the service to send unsolicited messages in breach of applicable law.

Paid plans. Billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See refunds.

Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to paying customers 14 days in advance.
