Gossan: Deep Mining

Dig deep in a pixel-art mining game with your own drilling robot. Drill for ore, haul it to the surface, sell it, upgrade your gear and dig deeper. Every run is one question: turn back with the cargo you have, or drill one more layer down on the fuel you have left. Get it wrong and you lose unsaved run progress. Get it right and you can afford the drill that cuts the next layer of rock. DIG, SELL, UPGRADE Mine copper, iron, silver, gold and platinum through procedurally generated rock, three kilometers down to bedrock. Watch your fuel, hull, heat and cargo space. Sell your ore at the surface camp, refuel, repair and head back underground. A DEEP UPGRADE TREE Eight upgrade lines – drill, fuel tank, hull, engine, cargo bay, thermal barrier, lamp and supply rack – with ten upgrades each. Fittings such as the Radar cost ore as well as credits, so you earn them at depth. Nothing is locked behind a payment: every upgrade is earned by playing. Your mining robot changes look as you upgrade it, and you can repaint it. SURVIVE THE UNDERGROUND Gas pockets that ignite when you cut them. Lava that cooks the hull. Collapsing ceilings, thermal vents that spit molten rock, and falls longer than your engine can cushion. Carry dynamite, a repair kit and a spare fuel can, or set down a depot and dig deeper than one tank could take you. A MYSTERY BENEATH THE MINE There is more down here than rock and ore. A voice on the radio and the relics you dig up hint at a story beyond the mine. Explore, listen and find out for yourself. The campaign has a real ending. THE ENDLESS DEEP LODE Finish the campaign, then enter the Deep Lode: an endless mine with no floor, new rock, new hazards, new gems such as sapphire and emerald, loot to find and lift checkpoints on the way down. FEATURES - 68 achievements, plus a Field Ledger that records every ore, hazard and relic you find in the campaign - One-thumb touch controls in portrait or landscape, with two control schemes -
