Glow Loop: Neon Pipes

Every tile holds a piece of neon tube, turned the wrong way. Tap a tile to turn it. When all of a tile's lines meet their neighbours, it lights up, and the light runs on through everything it connects to. Light the whole network and it becomes the glowing sign of a shop on the street.
